Qutb Minar, Delhi, India
Ah the Qutb Minar. Is there any monument more monumental than the Qutb Minar? It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has stood against all odds for 800 years. I lived in Gurgaon for 2 years and everytime I drove into Delhi, I would look for the Qutb Minar in the Skyline. It gave me hope and it strengthened my belief that one can stand tall and to this day it is the one monument I truly love.
